Hybrid Meeting Rooms

These rooms are equipped with the following:

• Large display

• Touchscreen system used to manage Zoom meeting

• Mounted webcam and microphone

Instructions for hybrid meeting spaces:

Use the touch screen panel to enter the prescheduled meeting. You will need to know the meeting ID number and its six digit password, both found in the meeting's invitation.

1. Using the touch screen controller, select Meet Now.

2. Enter your meeting's ID number

3. Enter the 6 digit password for the meeting.
