Presented by the Research Computing Center.

This workshop will cover the basics of using the High Performance Computing cluster (HPC) to run computing jobs. It is a great introduction for users new to the HPC or those who wish to brush up on current best-practices and workflows for using the HPC at FSU. Specifically, this workshop will cover: how the HPC works, what the Slurm Scheduler is and how to use it, Slurm job submission and job management commands, and how to run compute jobs on the HPC. Attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop computer to the session.
