This workshop will provide an overview of how 3D printing works as well as the printing services offered by FSU Libraries. Topics of discussion include: design software, model files, slider software and print files. Participants will leave with an understanding of the foundations of 3D printing, how it can enhance their research and education, as well how to locate 3D printing resources such as free pre-made models and training modules.
