Conducting Research Using US Census Data

This workshop will provide an overview of the various surveys conducted by the U.S. Census Bureau, such as the Decennial Census, the American Community Survey, the Economic Census and others. Methods for finding, extracting, and analyzing Census data will also be explored. The tools and resources showcased include: American FactFinder, Social Explorer, ICPSR, and the Historical Census Browser from the University of Virginia.
